Progression lost ps4

I'm on ps4, I finished the second region all the way to the scaly Pete cutscene where he talks about his dad. When I start the game again it sends me to the beginning as the mother shark. In the menu the level appears to be fine but played hours went back to 0

Exact same for me, 8 hours of progress lost. I even tried deleting and downloading a backup of my save data and it didn’t work.
