so i preordered game on steam it included 2 badges ( russian and german one)

where can i retrieve it?

Can't seem to find a full picture of them anywhere since they took down the pre-order offer on Steam. Search "Red Orchestra 2 badges" on google images, there's a page that shows some thumbnails.

Russian one sticks out nicely, German ones a bit bland and blends in tho

They don't exactly render out that great in game. That's relative to the character model detail level of the player.
