21st OCT... 2 months in almost and still waiting for promised and paid for unlocks.
Any news on these yet or is it time to write them off as an advertising con.

26th Oct... Ive had a long conversation with Steam support.
The keep saying its down to Tripwire.
They did offer to refund the full cost of the game, and remove it from my list, which inspite of the problems Im having with gameplay, I do not wish to do.
Like any consumer, I just want what I have paid for. Or the extra paid refunded.
In the meantime I have stopped buying from Steam. Bought MW3 at sendit.com and BF3 from Origin, as well as other games for younger family members.
Ive now got 11 hoours clocked in RO, most trying different set ups. Thats bad going, but game just isnt happening for me. Its getting better, and Im happy enough to wait for it to be sorted.
26th Oct (from TW) .... We've tested this extensively in house. Every computer and account we have is properly receiving what they should.
Right now our coder who would be best to look into this is having a few days off but I'm leaving him a note to look into
And then mine from today. Its hardly flaming, its a desperate request or at least an answer for help.
