The badges are for RO1 owners only, no matter which version of RO2 you pre order.

For all those asking about when the beta access for pre-orders is going to start. It will happen before the release. That is all the info we're ready to give right now. Suffice it to say you'll get your hands on the game a lot sooner than everyone else

I don't think that is the best way to make pay more the people that have supported you just to get acces to the beta ! That's not fair for the people that have passed time to collect informations and to have given these informations to press (Nofrag.com for me).
That's my own thinking.
