what kinda countries get low violence version via steam? and why?

I bought the Deluxe edition thinking that the beta was already underway, but I really don't mind that it isn't. I'd have bought it even if all you got were the KF models and early unlocks. Hell, I feel guilty of theft getting it for $40, I'd have dropped $60 on the regular edition without a second thought.

To everybody who thinks there is no beta, is WRONG there is a beta, a closed one been going for over a month. We who pre purchased only get acces to FINAL STAGE so we get to play soon, others who TWI picked are playing now the beta.. whats so hard to understand.
