Left it to download over night for me. When i checked this morning after getting up plesently saw it reached a peak download speed of 5.3mb/s what isn't at all bad for living in a small village in England

I have got the same problems with the full game as i had with the beta, it repeatedly says the servers are busy but if I install it through a friends steam account it works fine. Looks like I will need a fresh install of steam to get this right as even the patches on the beta never worked and I needed to lend someones steam.

try chaining regions via settings in download tab
