This seems to be a problem with the BT Home Hub line of products. You are about the 10th person to report this issue w/ one of the BT Home Hubs. There are 2 solutions, but neither of them are very good options. You can buy a new hub from a company other than BT or you can type reconnect in the console when you get disconnected. From everything I've read, when you reconnect, it works fine from then on.
