Atleast to their respective classes (Medic + Support)?

I can't say how many time someone has died because I couldn't get to them in time because the medic needle slowed me, or the times a door got broken because I couldn't get their fast enough with the welder.

Doesn't need to be anything insane, just as much as a melee speed boost.

Given that using medgun on a nimble berserker gives false positives about 75% of time even on low ping servers, I say medics should have speed boost equal to wielding a knife when using the needle.

As for the support part, no.

There is nothing more satisfying. And they wonder why I keep saying 'Boom, headshot'.

While I agree I would like the syringe to have the speed boost I don't think it's that much of an issue with the support.

or, you could just look for the servers running custom perks.

on one of my custom servers we are using perserverperks, so the perks level up on our server, to level 50, and we have almost 30 perks (26, and i'm working on 4 more) plus the custom perks spawn with different weapons (over 150 weapons total).
