Playing Sounds

Hi, to play sounds i've gathered that there is:

(PS: the dot notation i use is where I recall it coming from in the hierarchy)

Actor.PlaySound which plays it locally if called locally (most cases)

Actor.PlayOwnedSound which plays it locally to the local actor, and server-wide if its played on the server (except the caller, as he/she hears it locally)

Inventory.AmbientSound which can play looped sounds in the background, good for burning noise, birds chirping etc

But I've faced a challenge with the Minigun, we want the engine sound to loop while the weapon is activated, and preferrably in a way so that everyone hears it, atleast as a background noise.
It wont be so bad because it will be regulated by battery usage, ammo and radius.

However the regular sound playing functions don't loop, and ambient sounds have lower priority and volume so it is drowned by the other noises made in-game... any ideas how to do this?
