After the bar is depleted, you can hardly call it sprinting anymore, it's running at best.

The top speed is in itself great. But there are some issues with being able to change direction a bit too fast. People have a tendency to run around in an erratic, hard to predict fashion (lag makes it worse, of course) while in one's sights which is something generally not experienced in reality.

may be speed og climbing up and down the stairs might need little adjustment though.
