    Hello everyone!

As we look to upgrade our forums to the latest version, we are taking the time to refresh the theme's available and update the Community News page. At some point before the update we'll need to lock down the forums so we can back them up and apply the updates.

We'll update this thread as we get closer.

Well, not that I'm a naysayer in general, but why everything at TWI as of recent seems to change for the worse.

There was a "last activity" functionality previously that allowed to review all the new messages from one page in a chronological order. The URL was: https://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/index.php?whats-new/latest-activity . BAMF, gone. Seems there's no replacement for it.

RSS feed seems broken, can't read it in any RSS/Atom reader. Does it even work?

And as far as I know RSS feeds are still functional.

Got it, thanks. Weird though that the old URL doesn't get redirected to the new one, which is typically a common practice in such scenarios.

RSS doesn't work for me with Firefox Live Bookmarks, instead it shows the file download dialog box of the index.php file. It works with any other RSS feed I know. Example of the RSS URL from this page: https://forums.tripwireinteractive.com/index.php?forums/-/index.rss

I'm checking to see what we can do about both of these items.

Redirect is now set up, as to RSS, firefox has some weird quirks and removed its own RSS functionality (you need an addon these days). Nothing we changed should have impacted the way rss feeds work, but there may be a lower level change somewhere in the forum software that has happened we are not aware of.
