Tested on PC through Epic Games launcher.
After sinking a boat by dealing enough damage to it, you can use your tail-whip to move it out of the water and throw it a large distance. Must be high enough level to have tail-whip ability.
Repro steps:
1. Spawn into Fawtick Bayou
2. Locate a nearby boat (there's a pier to the west of the grotto)
3. Bite a boat until it sinks
4. Position yourself under the boat, look up at it, and tail-whip it until it leaves the surface of the water
5. Flying boat!
This should send the boat flying in the direction of your tail-whip. Additionally the player can position themselves on top of a boat, and can tail-whip the boat to fling themselves using the physics.
