Perks upgrade only on one map?

There's been a glitch with the recent update, I don't know the details but your better off searching the forums to look for a fix.

i'm confused.....you are connected to steam while playing correct? to use perks and level them, you must be connected to steam as the data is stored on Steam's master servers. so long as you are connected, you should have no trouble using perks or leveling on any of the stock maps or any whitelisted map (as long as you aren't using any non-whitelisted or blacklisted mutators).
if you're just playing lan and aren't connected to Steam then your best bet to use perks would be to use the Perks Replacement mutator where you can set which perk level you want to use. however it still won't track leveling progress because again, you're not connected to Steam.
