Perks reseted urgent help

Well... my perks got rested today, all of them are in 0 now. I was playing on HoE with my normal stats, then when i tried to join another game i was 0 in every perk

I though it was temporally but i have been checking for about 2 hours and i still have the perks in 0

PLEASE HELP.

Hello. Have you restarted Steam? I have this problem too but only if I play on mod server if their own perks. When i restart KF/Steam perks are normal

Thanks for the response, and yes. I have restarted both steam and my pc, and verify the cache files integrity and so far nothing has worked...

Last option I can think of, although it doesn't make a lot of sense, is "delete local content" and reinstall the game through Steam.

And if that doesn't work, I can't think of any way to fix it. I got stat-wiped after 300 hours in another game and I know how this feels, believe me.

Just the thought that something like this might happen in KFloor too makes the hair on my neck stand up... :L

As long as you haven't got any un-whitelisted mutators on and you are playing on stock servers then it will just be an issue with the Steam servers, wait and it should correct itself.

Thanks a lot for your responses, i followed a guide posted in the Steam Forums and it worked:

Re-installing did not work and I guess it was because it had to synch with KF server to get my recorded perk levels and achievements.

If the game is totally fubar, I would go directly to the KF support on the Tripwire site.
