This has happened several times to me. I have closed and reopened the app but it remains unchanged. Ive played through a match hoping it would fix it. I have tried recovering my save from cloud and my perks are still set a zero. If anyone has had this problem as well please let me know if u have found a solution!

Likewise here. I leveled a perk to 10 after every perk reset to zero, and it remains the same every time I log back in. Almost had every class to 25, so it's pretty upsetting.
This is a visual glitch. Perk data is stored locally on the machine, in your savefile. You should see your levels as soon as you join a server.

As of Patch 1.05, we have worked to improve this issue by having the perk stats refresh back to its normal state by tabbing through the menus after about 30 seconds. We are continuing to work to address this visual issue so that it doesn't happen at all but you shouldn't lose any progress as long as your local save isn't corrupted.
