What: The perk load-out screen displays my perks with 0 progress made.
How: I'd join a game, everything is fine. The server becomes boring and I'd leave to join another server. The perk issue appears.
My Fixing Attempts: I've tried disconnecting/reconnecting, resetting Killing Floor, logging out/in of Steam, rebooting Steam, going to Library > [right-click] Killing Floor > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache, and I've made sure that I'm joining white listed map-servers.
I've had to deal with this issue many times, and each time it happens, not one of My Fixing Attempts were what fixed the issue. Sometimes all it takes is restarting the game, other times none of them work, so I'd give up and try running the game at a later time.
