So i recently got Killing Floor for my Mac using Steam and i love it so far -- its an awesome game!

when i started playing, the perk progression was working normally, but after only a little bit, the pause menu now says "perk progression has been disabled because of cheats, sandbox mode is enabled, or the time length is set to custom"

none of the options mentioned above are selected and i have not even used cheats :(

if there is a way to fix this or to maybe reset my game, please tell me!

i have tried using the steps provided by other members but so far nothing has worked
