To the guys that have gaming laptops that didn't cost $3000 or aren't top of the line and purchased in the past year.

c'mon, this is 2015. you shouldn't be surprised if your 3 year old gaming laptop can't run this on high. I myself have a 5 year old gaming laptop that was $2000 in 2010 however I run RO2 at like 40FPS on low. I've already ordered parts for a desktop computer because it's a fool's errand to try to run this decently on weak machines.

Intel i7-4790K @ 4.4GHz
GTX 970
8GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 7 64-bit
Installed on a Kingston SSD

Game runs like butter and I load in first every time. Ultra settings @ 1080p is 60FPS. Crank it up to 4K and it drops to about 25-30FPS (as you would expect) :p

I put it on medium and it works fine, doesn't tell me where to find GPU, guess it's onboard Graphics.

If you go to the windows run bar, and type dxdiag, it will give you a list of your relevant computer specs, including your GPU.

Windows 7 64-bit
NVidia Geforce GTX 750 ti
AMD A8-3850 APU quadcore (2.9 ghz)
8gb RAM

I run on medium graphics with a stable 55-60 fps most of the time. I do get micro-stuttering here and there though... guessing it's my CPU.

Depends on your resolution. Also hard to say, they are still optimizing game and performance is already better than it was on day 1.

so, I have just checked out the game on my notebook. so far so fckin good!

Hardware:
i3-4030U@1.9GHz (2 cores, with hypertreading)
GeForce 840m 2GB
4GB RAM
The game runs pretty well actually.
1920x1080 - runs between 30-40
1600x900 - runs between 40-50
1280x720 - runs with 60 most of the time

These results are basically on the lowest settings, with gore fully enabled and high textures.
The processor can handle the game very well, the card is bottlenecking the performance even on 1600x900.

Quick question, does this game require DX10+?? I'm lame and still have a DX9 card (7600 GT OC). Not worried about frame rate issues just wondering if I can even open the game

dx9 supported?

Looks to be DX11 and I didn't see any in-game options allowing you change it to something like DX9 / 10 / OpenGL. That might change in the EA or full release for all I know.

I assume that i'll be able to run it on Low-Medium 1920x1080 with AA and Vsync turned off with probably get 50~150 FPS which is fine for me.
