RO is simplistic fun! aim shoot.. just takes it to a new level..
depands patiance.. it's like.. i went to a school with really really good CS players.. (heaton) <-- if anyone knows who that is.. and another great player.. once i told him that dieing in CS sucks.. so booring watching the other guys playing for 5 minutes.. then he answered me that he dont know about that since he never dies!! and that is true.. never seen that guy die more then like.. once or twice.. atleast not against "normal" players..
players like that dont exist in the same way in RO.. everyone dies sometime! ppl from UT and CS dont wanna die! dieing is bad! in RO it's the teamplay that counts the most i believe.. if you kill 2 and die after that.. in CS thats just mediocre in RO you are doing your team a favor.. even killing one then dieing is better in RO then in CS..
of course if you dont teamplay in CS.. but most often it's about who killed the most anyway more then who bombed what and what team won if you ain't having a clan match..
but yes that review was fair but unfair.. cos i rather see objective reviews then subjective.. that review were only from the eyes off what he though not what the game were aiming for.. of course he wrote pros like ultra realistic. but shouldn't that make it worth at least 3/5? since it does what it's supposed to do extremely well.. and yes.. the physics sometimes is kinda strange.. but thats the UT2004 engines fault.. it's kinda dodgy sometimes..
if you built your house on the ice it's not the house thats badly constructed when it sinks in the spring. it's just badly placed..
but i don't think they could have chosen a better engine to build the game on.. just wish there was the same rag doll effects as in the HL2 engine
my review would end up at like 95-98%

cos it makes everything it's supposed to do very well
