PC Specs and FPS Results or Approximations

Intel Core I5-460m 2.53Ghz
4 Gb DDR3
Ati Radeon HD 5470 (1 Gb Dedicated)

Like 25-30 fps, and doesn't seem to change a bit whether I set higher or lower settings; 13-16 FPS in the smoke.

But it sure might as well be my computer being not good enough.
(Even though maybe I'm way off, but can't the human eye capture only 24 FPS itself? )

amd phenom II x4 955 @ 3.2 ghz
AMD HD 6950
4 gb 1333 mhz ddr3 ram

Running everything max I was getting between 20 and 30 fps on a 64 player 'apartments' server. I had the control catalyst with 12x EQ and 16x AF on though, so thats probably why it was lower. However the game still played pretty fluidly.

Oh, ok that stupid ATI Driver can do that on his own without asking, thanks for the heads up. Even though I never succeed in making this **** control catalyst working (crashing when i click it).

Just ran a Fraps benchmark with the following specs:

i5 2500k @ 4.6GHz
GTX 570 (280.26 drivers)
8GB DDR3
Windows 7 64-bit

Maxed settings, no vsync. 1080p. Apartments 32 player, Rifleman (I mention this because scoping with a Marksman reduces the framerate by 1/3).

Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg
8332, 187825, 31, 59, 44.360

As I have a 2nd GTX 570, enabling SLI brings the average to around ~75fps. Not terribly good scaling, but not bad either.

System:
Windows 7 64 Bit
Q6600 3.0GHz
GTX 285, Overclocked
4GB DDR2 Ram

Game Settings: A mix of Low/Med
Experience: Runs ok at those settings. If there is smoke, the frames are going under 20.
Can't understand why I have to run it with those settings :(

Resolution is 1680x1050 (16:10).

Cleaning my PC atm... defrag etc..

It should be because your GPU.

Seems to be something a bit mental going on, theres people with much better hardware than mine forced to run on low settings.

I think the best bet for a lot of people would be to go for a fresh install of windows, leave the anti virus and stuff out (for a while at least), i've found some to interfere even when disabled.

And to the above poster, a gtx 285 is a good card, better than mine, and i can run this game really well on high.

But then my cpu is better, and i'm running at a lower resolution, but it still seems a bit mad having to play on low settings.

I'm doubting a defrag will do much for anyone, there appears to be lots of people that reckon they do wonders, but they've never fixed anything for me.
