Personally I would hope for PC only. Experience has shown any cross-platform game generally sucks at a high level for the PC owner as we are dumbed down to the lowest common denominator and the console compromises turn out to be major limiting factors for PC players and content developers.

Reality: Both, because the real money is in consoles. TWI is a business. The guys are smart and to do what they love, they still need cash flow and it's their retirement fund, not ours.

"Death to consoles!"

A realism shooter and a console?
I can remember the fun some friends and me had as we played Red Orchestra when it was still a mod for UT2k4 with Controllers on the computer. Oh holy ghost! Actually you can't aim precisely at anything, the whole thing is just a mess. The only thing that worked a bit better was the stabbing. But also this was still bad. After some 15 minutes we got back to mouse and keyboard.

So far to the gaming experience. Secondly console 'n' PC, this reminds me of several games, which were actually made for console and then were released for PC also, as the developers picked up the money's trail. But most of these conversions were a waist of money and time when you bought and played them.

The PC was the cradle of Red Orchestra and it should be its partner in the adult time.

Releasing the game on consoles may sell more units than releasing on just the PC, but if the game isn't well received on consoles and the PC version ends up being mediocre as a result of the console development, then it will turn out negative for TWI in the long run.

Take a look at EA for example, they release most of their games on every platform available, and while statistically the company is for the most part successful, most of their products are pretty bland. I'd rather TWI focus on PC (the PC gaming market definitely needs more attention) and make a quality game that will surely be successful if it is well executed.
