Shogun 2: Total War (if the AI is actually good this time around... but I'm very leery since they always promise the AI will be way better and it always ends up sucking)

I'd love to see Mass Effect 3 by late 2011 or early 2012 ^^
No other game twists my mind like this one and the DLCs are just making it deeper
I hope RO2 keeps me busy until then.

Ace Combat Assault Horizon <- Angry they went with a crappy story set in the real world, hopefully the gameplay isn't dumbed down to HAWX levels.
DCS: A-10 and BS - Not sure if I want this level of detail. I'd rather see them work more on LOMAC and add aircraft like the F-18, F-16 and Mirage 2000.


And how does Ground Branch look alive again? Did I missed something? They're having trouble implementing the magazine system. At this point I feel it is safe to say it will never see the light of day.

Same here, seriously. A lot of the games mentioned so far haven't released enough information for me to become genuinely interested in. DCS A-10 looks great but I've barely touched Flaming Cliffs 2.0 and DCS Black Shark, so I'll probably hold off on that one. There's also some upcoming FSX payware that I'm interested in, but I don't know if that counts.

It could be much worse. Looks like PC gaming is finally starting to come out of the dark period of the past four or so years. Considering your pics I can see where you're coming from though. Not many good sim games on the horizon.

I forgot about NS2 too, that I'll keep an eye on (We still don't know if it will come out in 2011)

I loved how NS played until 1.4, then they screwed up the hive and evolving system in 2.0 destroying the gameplay for me.

I know that site since 2006 and love it! Always reminds me of how many great games are coming. The ones I'll definitely be getting tho are Portal 2, The Witcher 2 & HoS.
