Don't take it the wrong way. Nobody said you shouldn't help spread the word, but spamming other games forums about it is not the way to do it.
While Ramm has already explained in detail what "beating BO" means I can only say that even regular ROOST with released mods beats BO by far.
I'm quite curious though about what PCGAMER thinks about RO2 so far ^^, and how they are comparing it to BOPS.

Yep I bought and read it. Without being a Dick I will tell you this. HOS is taking Realism Head on. Really goes in depth on Vehicles. Good well written piece. If you have any questions about it just PM me or go buy it yourselves it was only 9$. Also really goes to show the lengths that TWI is taking to appease the demands of the Gamer rather than being a Moneywhore.

There is neither any official release date, any official release month nor release quarter. Only official release thingy is the year and that is 2011 =).
Why the P III J and T-70? If they are implemented in a realistic manner it would be a very one sided pairing. Why not the Panzer 38(t) G and the T-70?

I'd rather have a realistic loadout than an even matchup. I'm sure there will be a fair contrast of benefits and weaknesses between the Pz3J and the T-70. The T-70 has 10mm more armor than the Pz3 on the front for example. The T-70 is a little faster. The Pz3 will probably have better optics, better shells, 50mm rear armor etc.

The T70 is a fun toy tank, cheap to mass produce and only need 2 crew members. But lately in the war the red army was removing theyr turrets and making self propeled anti tank guns, SU-76 and artilery tractors or apc of them. The PZ III was a classic workhorse, when the gun stoped being useful, they also made self propeled guns based on the chassis of pzIII.
That said i think both models are fun to play in support of infantry, for major tank on tank battles i would prefer the classic PZ IV versus T34 classic

Actually just noticed that for PC reviews, BO's meta is now only 77 so from the ciritics opinion RO:Ost is already ranked higher than BO
While this means nothing, it does show that poor PC multiplayer support is being criticised and noticed at the review level (after a quick skim over reviews, the multiplayer appears to be the main reason why the PC has a lower score than the consoles). So yeah assuming that ROHOS is everything it should be from a multiplayer point of view and as an improvment over RO:Ost, beating them at a review level should be as easy as an IS2 taking out a Kingtraktor.
