Patriarch Strategies IN PUB GAMES!

Is it possible to win against the Patriarch

with little team organization?

this is usually the case in pub games

It is very annoying to play med/long games then die at the Patriarch.

If it is possible, how do we do it?

remember little to no organization at all.

You could tell them to get into a room and you will weld them in, or to just go outside or something, if everyone fires he'll need to heal pretty quickly.

Is it possible to win against the Patriarch with little team organization?

Short answer. No. At higher difficult settings (hard / suicidal) you need to play with others that also know how to take him down or you will fail.

You pretty much need to pool together your DPS to take him down.


Now, having said that....

On easier difficult settings you can solo him if you have skills and a higher perk level that are meant for that difficult setting.

On open maps with cover, such as West London, You can kite him with a long range weapon (such as xbow, LAW or handcannon(s)) and high speed perk (such as berserker or medic)

You can also deal massive damage to force him to kneel before he kill you.


But this IS a co-op player vs environment game after all. The point is to co-operate. If you fail to do that, then your team pretty much deserve to fail

PUB strategies?

Okay...while your teammates senselessly shoot the partiarch at near-point-blank range and get mauled, put as much distance between him and you as possible and, as a Sharpshooter, consistantly headshot him with the Crossbow. You'd be surprised how well this works...

Seriously, not much you CAN strategize in pub games. Few people listen and everyone goes crazy when the Pat charges...

pick sharpshooter, get xbow and armour (+handcannons if u can afford them)

now make sure you keep out of sight of patriarch or far at the end so you dont get attacked and you use teammates as baits (since they are unorganized noobs who will die anyway)

now keep headshotting

2 or 3 headshots (depending on difficulty and SS lv) will make him kneel, so yeah, repeat 4 times and he dies

If I'm playing with people that don't appear very organised I'll switch to medic and buy the xbow and dual handcannons.

If you can handle it, flamethrower and medic or zerker perk. You can hit and run while he kills the rest of the ******s, and lay down some heavy damage when you need to.

lol, thats almost as bad is commando with LAW


@OP: take xbow + handcannons (if u can afford them) stay at the back so pat doesnt target you, keepp headshoting him with xbow (massive damage on headshots no matter the perk, low damage on bodyshots) if fotr some reason he attacks you, whip out dual handcannons, click as fast as possible (headshots are unneeded there, just aim for the stomach)

also prefered perk is either sharpshooter or medic, even zerker might work
