hoping the panzerfaust system is a little reworked in the new game, it would be a good feature (and add a bit to the realism) to be able to select which view to look through on the panzerfaust sights.

say. . . press middle mousebutton to aim (that's what i use anyway, i don't know who in the hell actually uses 'i') and let the mousewheel while in 'aim' select the different meter range viewports. pressing aim, you start in the middle viewport and rolling up or down on the mousewheel changes viewports on the sight.

i hope the panzerfaust animation has been improved as well, cuz the mod animation was badly under par. i know fools on these forums hate 'bia' to be brought up, but the way the charge launched away from you looked great in that game.

I wonder if the backblast will injure anyone behind you, or make it unusuable firing out of a small room.

After all, it's not a rocket, it's a recoiless weapon.

Right now the backblast will kill you and anyone behind you.

The actual backblast was three meters long and it wasn't only dangerous to bystanders. The rear of the shooter had to be free of obstacles for at least 3 meters, otherwise heavy burns on the back of the shooter would result. Officially the rear of the gunner had to be free for 10 meters for safety reasons and the backblast was reported as lethal to a range of 3 meters behind the tube. Quite similar to how it is now, except lethal range is more like 1 or 2 meters.
