We are not making fun of you, but of the translator you are using.
I believe the reason we've yet to see female skins is that they'd need new voices. In case you missed it, the new skin packs have always used the default voice sets (the two that exist, that is). The guy with half his face disfigured sounds the same as the grizzled police vet and the newbie army grunt.
This simply wouldn't fly with female skins - they'd need to hire a voice actor for their lines. I doubt TWI is strapped for cash, but they've likely have reasons for not doing this which I can't guess at.

I think we do need female skins, but not hot ones (so the 13 yo won't staring) we need-

Well, my spoken Russian is better than my reading skills, but what I think he's saying is that he's noticed a growing number of female players (probably some of which Russian), and he's passing along their request for female skins. Then he makes a joke about "giving this gift to the fairer sex".

Now for the point to this post.... now dnt think i am bein ungrateful for this awesome pasttime u've provided me...tht partially destroys my social and study life...but ther is one teeny tiny lil thing i'd love to see in the game...female characters ^^ (i aint sexist...jst wud like a char the same gender as i)...bet u knew tht was coming! now i sure u hear this request fom all the lecherous pervs tht play the game...but as a girlie i wud like an awesome female char tht is NOT dressed like a hussy! i dnt mean to truble u i'm sure ur very busy...but i mean if u cud speedily make at least one gal tht wud b great... id sing ur praises, make a religion, convert as many ppl to killing floor as possible and rake u in some well deserved money!! Wish u all the best and hope u had a great christmas and hav a fantastc new year ^^
