Ok the free weekend is over question about deleting the files.

OK the free stuff is over for now and there is no longer a ticker. Can I safely delete all the files by right clicking it? I thought it would not appear in my list at all since the free thing was over. I did not purchase it yet, but it still is on the games list under my Red Orchestra.

Yes, you can saftely delete the files either by deleting the kf directory itself, or with steam delete local game cache.
