I think clicking on another cities ind or tra will not add to their pop (but I ain't sure) If it's so then we only need one person to check out the state of their city and the rest to go on sab missions but, frankly we prolly do not need it right now - we are powering ahead - athenoss is a speck in our rear-view mirror
