This happend in Enschede, a dutch town in the Netherlands.
On the 13th of May 2000 the local fireworks factory exploded and 22 people died...

The factory was storing fireworks heavier then the rules allowed...

He survived actually, I saw that documentary on national tv a couple of years ago.
He was a cameraman for the fire dpt, saw a lot of buddy's die when he shot that film, they were working around the containers that exploded in that shot
