Well wounds to the groin tend to bleed A LOT. There are a bunch of large arteries down there that would make you bleed out in no time. I hope it is merely an embarrasing slow-death.

for a shot down there you ll probably bleed to death without any doubt. Even with a flesh wound down there you ll bleed a lot, imagine a large calibre round that pass you through

This is why I don't understand why RO2 has nut shots. It doesn't seem realistic.

While unpleasant, I don't think it would be an immediate kill shot.
