As the topic states, what do I need to do in preparation for a dedicated server? Are there additional files that have yet to be released that I will need?

Well he's worried is all. I've seen some games fail hard because almost no dedicated servers were available on release, or 90% of them were Listen Servers and lagged like hell.

You do NOT want that bad kind of PR for a small indie game like this. It can make or break the deal. Most games release them at the very least, 3 days before the game goes gold. Most do 1 week in advance, so on launch, it's flooded.
