November 8th Update Changelist

I'm not sure about any other server admins, but when I updated my server (hosted by GameServers), for some reason my ROWeb.ini and ROWebAdmin.ini files were reset so my web admin didn't work. I had to remind myself how to set it up after I realized what must have happened.

Weird. Anyone else have this issue that is hosting/adminning a server?

Yep had to redo my changes on those files. my multiadmin login informations were removed as well. But its easy to change back

After the server update, the new PB version is only server sided. I get kicked because the client version of 2.280 is not released. Can you let EB know they have to release the client side as well?

Same here. Same happened to me with last patch as well.

The patch itself is only about 200 megs in size. We don't know why Steam occasionally has larger downloads for some users (but our current theory is that they have files that failed the integrity check)

The double IS bug is still present for the PPSH, but only visible when walking/sprinting around.

Also, no more double XP it seems.

Oh oh, are you from germany?

I cant test now but this happened to me in RO1 aswell.
After the patch it was on no dismemberment but I could at least choose full gore.

Tested the game with the patch today.
It may have been my sleepy imagination but i noticed 2 things:

While sprinting the turning rate is reduced considerably? I dont belive it was like that before, its a quite big change!

Under one circumstance i had to aim on a guy tha was ~100m away on spartanovka with my mp40. My soldier was tired and i used up my breathhold - i had this GIGANTIC SWAY that i never had before and was not able to aim at him just to take a shot!

Please someone confirm i was not just dreaming?

Xienen was a senior programmer afaik (at least it said so in linkedin). Dont know obout him leaving ship or whatever, but afaik he wasn't the lead programmer (don't know whoever was perhaps john).
