Hello All,
I just tried to install RO on my new laptop, it runs on Windows Vista and exceeds the requirements for the game. When I go to install it a message comes up saying "Not enough free disk space to run Steam". Can anyone help me with what this problem means?

Are you trying to install steam from the install CD? If so try downloading it and installing it from the web.

http://store.steampowered.com/about/

Then either try installing the game from the CD or drop the cd key into steam and it will start downloading the latest build from Steam.

Installing from the CD isn't working and when I enter the product code into steam it says the product is already activated and is a duplicate. Im gonna try downloading steam from the web but I doubt it will work. Any other suggestions?

Download steam itself from the web. If the key says it is a duplicate and you purchased it from a store, contact the publisher, if you purchased it from a third party resale site such as ebay you will need to work it out with the seller as the game is tied to his steam account.

I tried downloading steam from the net, it comes up with the same problem. How would I go about contacting the publisher?

For problems getting Steam to run, contact Steam support here : https://support.steampowered.com/

Once steam is installed and you have issues trying to use the CD key (purchased at a store in a new box), look at the box for the name of the local publisher and google them. RO has several retail publishers.
