Hi, so I joined a squad that I thought was being led by a guy with no name because it showed people in this squad but with a blank name for where the SL sergeant chevrons were within the squad listing on the choose class page. But once I spawned I realized there was actually no squad leader, so I guess the guy either got kicked or left and it didn't promote anyone else in the squad to squad leader. I didn't see what happened to him.
