No servers displaying?

I've been trying to play as of late, however, the server browser displays nothing. I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue? I haven't changed anything with my router, so I am guessing it is another Steam error.

I've had no issues, but it might depend on where you live.
i'm in GMT-5, and after 1 AM or later, it's hard to find active servers

I switched routers and I still have the issue. It is with both RO1 and RO2. I believe it might be a Steam error as I had a similar issue some months back when I got Win 7 and I did something with Steam to fix it. I do not recall what though.
