Is there really no way to play offline with the perks I upgraded while connected? I have a sketchy connection only part of the time and would kind of like to play when I can't connect. It'd be even better if I rank up while disconnected. Seriously, I'm lucky to be connected enough to be posting this.
No perks on offline?
