Lovely! I expressed my personal experience and outcome based from it, and apparently that is a big no-no to some. As I said before, best option for me is to wait until most of new players are up-to-date with training. I cannot train new players which do not want to be trained. If new players request help, I will help. I do not yell on server and try to be an armchair general; it is just not my style. If this action is

He is right in everyway

noobs suck and often ruin gameplay

it anoys me when people try and defend them or call me a asshole because i raged at a noob who wouldnt listen then gets me killed

noobs are the assholes

newbies are diffrent from noobs
newbies listen and have common sence

"You should be able to lock the tanks :D " good idea mate

i read your last thread about (clan sham) as well. Might I suggest that we were all noobs at one point and time and the way you come across sounds a little negative, Maybe your just having an off day I hope. When I get fustrated I try to help or eventually leave until I check myself. Or ask myself is this worth getting my -hit in a knot or is it trivial. But believe me, I feel ya.

Spider,
There are other people like you entering this game. And we are doing exactly what you said you expect to see. Player-x clan has a few people that are giving this game a chance. We are a mature over 18 clan. Mostly, a bunch of guys from COD2 have started playing the game. We are learning from eachothers past gaming experiences and everyone is helping everyone else out with what they have learned. Stop by our forums, www.forums.player-x.org, and say hi. we would love to get you involved in our mature help each other out progress into this game.

If not GL with it. Hope to see you on the battlefield.

Im enjoying playing with the newbies. They may not know much about the game, but thats what Im there for... to answer their questions and allow them to follow me thru the maps to find objectives. Dont act so high-and-mighty and help 'em learn to play.

Its the "leet" dickhead attitude that some RO players have that kills the game, not fresh blood.

Jes relax people cant believe people get so angry over the game give people time. I was tking loads the first few days and basically acting like a noob but now i actually talk a bit and have even started doing little things like covering snipers backs etc, of course some people will allways act like noobs no matter what but im confident eventually these type of players will leave coz roo aint near as good if ur not working together with others.

This is just too frustrating. This influx of new players just destroys game for me right now. New players have tactical sense of a cow.
OMG THANK YOU!!!
SOMEONE SAID IT!
I know that deep down in my heart im glad for the much needed players that ROOST brought...and i know that they will sooner or later develope RO tactics...but im SO SO SO SO SO SO SCARED of a CoD or BF2 player getting a hold of the SDK when its released...then we have all these mods that strip RO limb from limb of its origional make-up...
realize that (well in my mind anyway) RO is not a FUN game as much as it is an enjoyable game...meaning thats its not always fair but its true to war.
i just tremble of the thought of a mod that allows more snipers per map, medics, health packs or something equal to, change in weapon damage...so on.

i am scared for what is to come.

I like working the n00bs, but I'm a natural "teacher" type. Sort of.

Worst comes to worst, when we walk into a trap, there are three people drawing fire, increasing our chances of actually fighting our way out of said ambush, and increasing MY chances of being one of the survivors. :p
