No keycode?

I bought red orchasta one and 2 in a special combo box at best buy.
I installed red orchastra 2 used the key code then tried the first one installing it, it asked me for a key code i used to same one it said game was already activated i looked for another key code on the box but there wasn't i tried calling a support number, but there isnt any. can someone please help me out with where to find my key code I guess your not supposed to share it with the first and second..

It's known that Best Buy sells copies of RO without keys included, despite them being made aware of it ages ago, BB refuses to fix it.
