I'm getting

WebAdminAuth: No AccessControl Instance

regardless of whether or not I put a map as a command line argument, and whether or not I pass admin usernames or passwords as command line arguments, and with the correct part of the correct .ini file set to "true" .. I'm at the end of my rope here.

Someone help?
