New update?

I'm downloading a 2,4GB file on Steam, but everyone I ask says they aren't downloading anything. I haven't changed any file of the game except for ROEngine.ini and I have downloaded all the patches released so far. Weird

My download has just been canceled by Steam and I'm downloading an 8GB file as if I were downloading the entire game from scratch!

That must be the strangest bug I've ever had.

Ive seen this happen before when people play the game in a language besides English.

I don't think it's language related. This came up right ater Steam updated. Now I can't start the game until I complete it

After restarting Steam, the download jumped to from 10% to 90%. Steam and/or TWI are trolling me hard
