It doesnt require servers to update and doesn't create any incompatibility issues so yeah why not.

They do a rapid hotfix of this, but not any of the other stuff? Did every other fix involve serverside stuff? Not really complaining, just perplexed at how inconsistent and random this whole beta process has been.

I would say he is using it for PhysX with his 5850.

I would use my spare 8800GTX for that if it wouldn

Seriously, my game has been downloading an update at least 350k/s for about 25 minutes now, and it's still only at 20%. What gives?

Every single >30 ping sever I used to play on has turned into a +350~900 ping lagfest.

Yes it makes it unplayable atm. I also cannot join the servers I want. It always picks a different one to the one I chose.

Update broke my game, it wont start, im just getting rogame stopped working error.

Tried deleting config files and verify game cache and reinstall nothing works.
Looks like no RO2 for me until the games release or next patch.

Solution: Instead of double clicking a server to join, RIGHT CLICK and select join.
