thought I'd sign up to express how awesome Tripwire are / is.

Hi,
Pretty new to the RO community having only just recently picked up RO1 within the past few months and to be fair loving it. I've been watching the forums for a bit even though I just registered, and it's a good thing to see such an active community presence. For it's part the 7th Cavalry Regiment ( MILSIM ) will be putting up multiple 64 slot servers for this game and opening a new company for it ( we currently serve 180 ARMA2 Players and another 130 with games like COD4/COD5/CODBO ). I know our WW2 enthousiats are chomping at the bit to get ahold of this game since it's been a shy pond for them lately.
I'll probably get a group information post up in the clan section in the next day or so, but I figured I'd take a few seconds to say Hi. Look forward to engaging with everyone in the new game.

Im a 28 years old male from Amsterdam , Holland.
I do not know what to expect exactly from this game , cuz i never played the first games.
But with all the info en media that i saw im really hyped for this game.
Also that a small team with a lot of love made this game makes my wanna play it more !
No overhyped commercial shooter and i like that !
I'm really looking forward to this release !

Thought i'd make a bit of a comeback on here now i've pre-ordered our next favourite game Only posted once here before, but i've been playing RO since 2004 and have met a few friends along the way.
I usually play in the TWB Euro servers, so if you fancy throwing bullets at me you'll find me there

i am mchaza from melbourne australia, i am new to the PC gaming scene since start of this year and when i discovered this game i was really exited because i like World war 2 games but being that i was never into shooter until 2007 i never played the huge amount of ww2 shooters to get sick of them. When i got into online gaming on PS3 in 2008 i played 500 hours worth of call of duty world of war. So that there is a display for my liking of ww2 games on an off line.
I am also study programming and i hope to be doing some mods for this game as well, maybe create some awesome game modes.

Have been playing most of the Battlefield games and I'm really disappointed of what is happening with that title now (not impressed with BF3)
So really looking forward to a proper teamplay game we can get into!
To communications, tactics, strategies and teamwork - in a game that feels to be designed by PCgamers for PCgamers!

Get RO1, definately worth it, even for a few weeks.
Than you can practice a bit before ROHOS hits the shelves

Been playing since RO1 came out on Steam. Best friend got me interested in it, and I fell in love with RO instantly. Huge fan of Killing Floor as well. Can't wait for RO2.
I got RO way back when it was first released, but I haven't played the game since 2009. I have just pre-ordered RO2 for $32 and I am quite excited.
I also got RO back when it was released. Played it a lot and even ran a dedicated server for a while but most of my gaming buds weren't into it so I got dragged into other games.
I'm trying my best to get them all interested in RO2. Glad to be back and hope to be active here for a long time to come!

I played RO quite a lot 4-5 years ago. Joined some clans ended up in the /GD/ I was quite young back then compared to the guys I was playing with. Anyway because of tests and such I fell out of contact with RO. Now because of University I have a lot of free time so I hope to enjoy it with some infantry and tank mixture.
Looking forward to playing with you!
