I am happy with actual tanks, but maybe a limited number of light/heavy tanks would be welcome...
I am afraid that allowing everyone to take the Tiger/IS2 will transfer the MkB/AVT discussion to the tanks...

Neither the Tiger or IS-2 will make an appearance in RO2 unless the game's time-period is expanded later into 1943/1944. There is already a free DLC pack under development containing the T-70 light tank and the universal carrier (LOLtractor from RO1) for the Russians and the SdKfz251 half-track and Panzer III Aus J (not clear if it's the Aus J or Aus J1) light/medium tank for the Germans. Other tanks that would be admissible for the Stalingrad campaign would be the T-60 Russian light tank, KV-1/KV-2 Russian Heavy tanks, Panzer IV Aus F1 German Medium Tank, Pz 38(t) Aus G German/Czech Light tank, SkKfz 131/132 Marder II German self-propelled guns, and the StuG III Aus E or F German Assault Gun.

Cheers,

F*UCK YOU ZIPS
I would rather they fix the current tanks first. They are a monumental disappointment with the Panzer being unstoppable and the T34 being useless.

Considering TWI's current tends, it wouldn't surprise me if they just threw historical accuracy out the window (which they already have) and gave the Russians bathtubs with wheels and gave the Germans Panthers.

The sewers of Leningrad.

According to semi-reliable sources, there were only about 1,000 Mk-IIs sent to the red army, while 6,000+ T-60s were produced. The Mk-II did have thicker armour but it didn't fare well in mud and snow, along with being not very maneuverable in general. It was basically a KV-1 with, at times, thinner armour, smaller main weapon and that was not designed for the Russian terrain.

They should insteed of wasting more of their time(as they did on lvl system) they should focus on fixing bugs and performence.
then in about 2 months they should implent maby a new tank or something like that, but there are relly alot more issues that demands Tripwires fully fokus imo

The Russians had a wide selection of tanks in 42 light to heavy tanks.(KV-1/2 being the most feared )
The Germans was limited with their selections in Stalingrad and the P4g in game was the best they had to offer in 42.

Possible Russian tank for stalingrad
Spoiler!

A possible German tank

Spoiler!

Contrary to popular belief the Germans never held tank superiority on the eastern front. While the Tiger was a great tank it was never made in enough numbers to effect the war(and wasn't in Stalingrad). And the Panther was again a great tank but by the time they got it into production the Russians was pumping out T-34/85's and IS-2 tanks in far greater numbers.German advantage was in crew training and radio equipment.

On the eastern front the Germans never quite wrestled tank supremacy away from the Red Army.

Ya Millions! of horses was used on the eastern front many people think both sides was mechanized juggernauts.Over 90% of artillery and heavy equipment was horse drawn.

Oh god, I want the KV2. That has to be one of the coolest looking tanks I've ever seen.
