Last time I checked, if someone doesn't do that on their own it ain't gonna happen.

Like I said, some people might get into it and offer-up the tongue.

Also factoring in most of the characters are wearing masks/protective helmets. It's just not going to happen.

You know, that's a good point. I just checked, and only 3 characters actually have their face exposed. Schnieder and Materson of the original characters, and then Thorne from the Nightfall pack. Thorne is probably the one who would fall into the category of my reply to 9_6 up there.

How about a tiny stalker/crawler hybrid with really (proportionally) big teeth that crawls under people's masks into their mouths when they sleep (ingame: afk too long) and eat their headmeats from inside?

The whole tongue-bite idea was simply based off the fact that there's already many lines of dialogue referring to 'kissing', so why not make the new attack around that?

Yeah man. Worse still, it was only about a month after it was released as retail. It was only the one MSPaint image though. I had another look and since then, there are only 2 Stalker screenshots added. Best bit is, this MSPaint image is nothing short of hilarious and next to no revealing parts.
