It means that you killed them by shooting them in the nuts
The damage is irrepairable...
You automatically die from loss of blood, loss manlihood, and your entire team takes a huge nose dive in morale.
I really don't think you'll want to live after getting shot there, bandaged or not lol.
I think if you get shot in the nuts your team should get a penalty to reinforcements.
And i demand this is called the nutcracker!
It says, "Killed Player in Obj. Zone +2 Team" underneath that...

After a confirmed nut shot, the players avatar looks down and then places the barrel in his own mouth; ending his life. Only way to go after that kind of war wound xD

Yes heart shot = insta kill, no bandaging that the journo was just mistaken. Also, the menus say "Realism" but all of the shots are actually from Relaxed Realism.
Everyone just calm down, don't panic but...
I've just seen something called "Kill Death Ratio" in there.
