I Like This Perk, 
But there's one small problem, lack balance the weapons.
The blue Gravity, I have a good idea of what to do with it (besides increasing the price, making the weapon have to wait for a recharge equal to the medical syringe) that is possible between 3 and 5 shots per wave, could even make the player stand a faster recharge the weapon, which would be interesting extramamente. (And leave it there until you can increase the level of the player)
How to know something of the code UT2004 (I corrected the price and damage of some weapons) but still do not have enough knowledge to make the blue gravity the way I described above.
Another idea would be to make a timer for the turrets (which was overheating as a weapon) then she had to stop shooting for a while to cool.
