New patch has spoiled game

Hiya guys
Been playing tonight with this new patch & i HATE it.
Everytime i try to aim to kill someone it takes about 2-3 seconds to put the weapon in the aim. It doesn't matter if i'm prone, crouched or standing it still takes far to long. I know your trying for realism here but this is silly. I fire weapons for real & this is too slow. I've never been killed so much because i can't aim quick enough in ANY game let alone this one. Sorry guys but IMHO this is a step backwards in game play. I've played this game everyday since it's release & today is the 1st time i've ever turned it off in discust & not enjoyed playing.

Nothing was changed about the time it takes to put a weapon into iron sights.

Bringing up the iron sights has not changed at all, something is wrong.

Check your mouse speed....maybe it's been set to default settings hwne you downloaded the patch

Madeyes you mentioned something like this a few months ago (taking ages to go to iron sight and having to click loads of times for it to work). Is it the same problem? Didn't it turn out to be your mouse or something?

No this is a different problem.It takes about 2-3 secs after i press the aimbutton for the character to physically bring the weapon in the aim.The other problem was it wasn't bringing it into the aim properly & it wasn't my mouse & it still happens. I'll try to put a screeny on to show that problem but this new one's since the patch.

TBF I've always thought it takes too long to mount a gun (bring up IS). I shoot skeet and I can bring a shotty from my chest to a mounted position in a fraction of a second (whilst follwing a target), way quicker than happens in game.

Just an observation.

Since you mention it, I have quite a lag sometimes bringing up iron sights. It is intermittent, and doesn't correlate positively to ping, weapon type, map, etc. I recently upgraded to a G5 laser and it still occurs. Any ideas?
