The taunts weren't made in the KFMod, they were part of the game the mod was based off of, Unreal Tournament 2004. The original taunts came from that game and it came out way before TF2 did. Also the KFMod came out in 2005 and it had taunts in it as well.

I love this idea. This actually was a function available on the old Unreal Tournament (Game Of The Year version). There was nothing quite as satisfying as pelvic thrusting at your team mate from behind an invisible door while they wait to be crushed by walls that you triggered...
Ah, I would love this to be added, it would be trivial but hilarious.
