Well if we see the odd one or two soldier in 20 or 30 looking like that it's alright, but if they all do then that would be too much. I think it will be ok.
You can clearly see in other screen shots they have younger looking soldiers so don't fret. TWI seem to have a diverse cast of player models.
Diversity in player models is a good thing, I really don't see how this "ruins immersion".
Probably a direct throw.
Still he has to pull it up, pull the pin and throw which would still not give you an advantage in any way, it would go quicker if you already had the nade in hand old school.
Don't see how this is an issue at all.
Is it like press G: grenade is pulled out and it automatically pulls the pin and when you let go off G, it flies away?
or
Press G: you equip nade; press LMB to pull the pin and then release LMB to throw it?
Well from that pic I can see several people look old:
I know for a fact that the Germans used to use really old men in WW1, so its not unthinkable that that I have a odd old man on the front lines. Also that old guy is in recuit uniformer because the player is one...

Anyway i think that's part of leveling system, they ALWAYS said that your PG will torn up as he go ahed in the ranks. Probably because it's beta, but if i'll see that skin for a commander o for a veteran i ll probably wont jump off the chair.

that guy above was joking. I just thought that guy looked a bit old. I do hope that all of the longer serving players don't automatically become old men though! in 3 months there'll be nothing but old men running around Stalingrad! haha.

This isn't BC2, thats not how the squad system works in RO2.What about the Squad Leader spawn? You just spawn next to him? Isn't that silly? For example the SL charges the enemy and suddenly out of nowhere 5 soldier appears?
All the screens are from the standard (relaxed realism) mode and a great many things can be turned off and will be in full realism mode.
The game is pretty tough even in Standard mode and realism mode will be a lot, lot tougher

they said tons of times that squad members cant spawn on their leader if he s engaging enemies
Yes I think some of the battle-hardened veterans must have look older than their usual age right? So don't worry that much anyway.
