Not at all. This is more like a blunt axe or hammer and certainly would not be thrown.

I fail to understand why you would use such a weapon in KF. While it is an interesting improvisational weapon, the effects outlines in this thread make more sense attached to a real brick or a taser. Even if it did make sense, such an effect would be trivial to use on lower level specs when you could just as easily kill them instead of stun them. Might be useful for scrakes, sirens (why are you so close), and husks as non-zerker, but you are probably about to be overrun if you are that close as a non-zerker.

Standard self defence weapons such as tazers and pepperspray (zombies might not feel pain, but the muscle contractions and body reactions should still occur)
The metal hanging arms off of most store displays (especially clothing stores)
The handle from dumbbell sets
Shank/Shiv
